Weekend Crusher ("we", "us") helps families plan screen-free weekends. We take privacy seriously — this page explains what data we collect, why, and the third-party tools we rely on. If you have any questions, email us at hello@weekendcrusher.com.
What we collect
On this landing page (weekendcrusher.com), we collect:
- Anonymous usage data — page views, clicks, scroll depth, device type, approximate location (city / metro inferred from your IP).
- Information you submit voluntarily — when you fill out our family form (hosted on Tally) we collect the details you provide (family description, ages, interests, contact info).
- Payment data — when you purchase a plan, payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

Hotjar/Contentsquare may record on-page interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) to produce session replays. Sensitive form inputs are masked by default. You can opt out of Hotjar tracking globally at hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out.
Third-party services we link to
- Tally — hosts the family intake form. Their privacy policy is at tally.so/help/privacy-policy.
- Stripe — handles all payments. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- SendGrid — used to send your weekend plan and account emails.
How we use your information
- To generate your personalized weekend plan based on the family details you share.
- To email you your plan and related updates.
- To process payments through Stripe.
- To improve the site by analyzing aggregate usage patterns.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share family details with advertisers.
- We don't use the contents of your family form to train external AI models. (We use Gemini to generate your plan; that's a per-request API call, not training data.)
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@weekendcrusher.com. If you're in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — we honor those for everyone.
Children
Weekend Crusher is built for parents. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email.
